Can't open m3u-playlists from folder

Where did you get Sayonara from?

PPA

Desktop environment

Mint 20.2 Cinnamon

What's not working

I have a playlists-folder with m3u-files that should be loaded in Sayonara.

What do you expect?

Open with Sayonara should work. Any *.m3u-playlist should be loadable in Sayonara.

How to reproduce?

• have a playlist within a folder in my music-library
• right-click on playlist and click on open with, selecting Sayonara
• nothing happens

Did this ever work?

No. Only when I saved a playlist created with Sayonara I can load it as a New 1 playlist and have to rename it.
