(Printout) QR codes for locations in future versions compatible with CWA?

You said that you are in the process of switching from Z85 to Base32 for encoding in QR codes. As far as I understand this is to make the QR codes compatible with the CWA as described here: cwa-documentation/event_registration.md@295f6c6 (the current version uses base64url, earlier versions used base32)

Are you also making those QR codes compatible with the CWA, which locations can print out and display in their venue? Those QR codes are currently using neither encoding, they are using the format https://app.luca-app.de/webapp/‹locationID›#e30.

In my perception those QR codes are the ones used by most locations, very often the other options (like scanning the QR code of the user) are not even offered by locations. So it would be very useful, if those QR codes printed by locations could be scanned by CWA users. Also luca should be able to read QR codes generated using the CWA.
