Full screen - close button

Is it possible to expand registration area for close button(X) in full screen mode for closing PhotoQT by blind mouse move to the top-right corner?

P.S. I also noticed that there is no problem for OBS to record screen when Windows Photo and Picasa go to fullscreen mode.
But PhotoQT gives some black screen flashes. Like some kind of graphic mode is changing.
