Frame difference counter ticking the wrong way?

Falke's 3HK is active on the 15th frame and +6 on hit. The simulator displays the frame advantage going from 0 to -1 to -2... to -14 on the first active frame. Then it shows 0 until Falke is out of recovery. The first frame she's listed as neutral shows 0. Then it ticks upwards from 1 to 6 on the final frame, where both characters are neutral.
