Update Artifact Capture For Pipeline Builds

update_artifacts_path into main

Updated the build-artifacts job 'artifacts' definition so that both the math and commons subproject artifacts are captured in the GitLab build pipeline.

As an example, check out this build job (https://gitlab.com/lmco/ptolemaeus/-/jobs/5798911164) and look at the Job Artifacts section on the right-side and choose "Browse".

This at least gets the artifacts captured in GitLab. Not 100% sure if this jives with the rest of the artifact publishing currently defined in the pipeline (I'll make comments to ask specific questions in the MR).
