#8 Add non-live zfs* ebuilds; drop 0.7.x

The 0.8.6 ebuilds fetch from the zfs-0.8.6-beadm tag in linux-be/zfs and try to apply the same patches as 0.8.6 in gentoo.

Add linux-be-zfs-0.8.keywords that accepts the newly-added ebuilds.

Keep the 0.8.9999 ebuilds for developers to install/test their code. The aim is for these ebuilds to not limit kernel versions and not apply any patches besides those applied by the =9999 ebuilds in gentoo. Rename linux-be-zfs-master.keywords which accepts these ebuilds to linux-be-zfs-0.8.9999.keywords and keep a symlink so that existing installations and the other repos' CI keeps working.

Drop the 0.7 branch, as gentoo has dropped it, and none of the developers use it, and maintaining it is a pain.
