Considering updating the current code:

Source0: %{url}/snapshot/keyutils-%{version}.tar.gz

to reference a new location similar to this:

https://gitlab.com/linux-afs/keyutils/-/archive/v1.6.3/keyutils-v1.6.3.tar.gz

Would such change be approved?
