Summary: The level 69 Goblin Shepherd's in Labyrinth of Onzozo are summoning level 30-36 leeches it would seem which is many levels below what it should be.

Steps to reproduce: (Step by step on how to reproduce this issue) Go to the zone find Goblin Shepherd and check his pet level.

Expected Behavior: Go to zone check the pet and see them in the level range of 48 - 50
