Steps to reproduce: (Step by step on how to reproduce this issue) Spawn in Pelican and kill enough times to confirm nothing dropping (Once should be enough as he has 100% drops on the Astral Aspis)

Expected Behavior: This NM should drop the following items Astral Aspis 100%, Cockatrice Meat and Cockatrice Skin drop rate unknown.
