Missing mobs in Inner Horutoto Ruins

Summary: The Magicked Bones cannot be found in the zone and therefore their drops also, These mobs drop level 1 daggers which give 10mp called Ceremonial Dagger.

Steps to reproduce: (Step by step on how to reproduce this issue) Go into the zone head to Beetle's Burrow area and look for Magicked Bones.

Expected Behavior: Find the enemies Magicked Bones.

Possible Fixes (If you can, link to the line of code that might be responsible or if you are not familiar with it leave blank) Add the mobs to the area and update their drops.
