Add fallback when attachment point for down stem is not found

Since commit 726a9f12, Emmentaler has two keys for attachment points, attachment and attachment-down (a step towards SMuFL compliance). However, the fallback promised in the commit message was apparently forgotten, leaving users of alternative fonts with a segfault when any stem points down.
