Cover user-defined segnoType etc.

Replace regression test repeat-volta-segno.ly with bar-line-define-repeat-segno.ly. The new test covers the same logic in Repeat_acknowledge_engraver that chooses a segno bar line, but also covers redefinition of the bar types by the user.

The appearance of built-in segno bar lines is covered thoroughly by tests added in !663 (merged).
