Add markup-list-command string-lines

Splits its string-argument at line-break (per default, other splitting characters are settable), removes surrounding white-space from the resulting strings and returns a markup-list, more precisely a list of stencils, ready to be formated by other markup-(list-)commands.
This offers to a very conveniant method for entering additional stanzas for songs and chorals.
