In his new website he writes about how there are different personal websites his own on the web right now [0]. I found out that existing url wasn't working, then I found out that there's his new website at https://acimanasayfa.wordpress.com/ , and the intro for his Lilypond handbook (in Turkish) still exists.
acim.name.tr domain is obsolete.
