Remove drum types declared as "transposing pitches"

Those drum types ({one,two,three,four,five}{up,down} with abbrevs {u,d}{a,b,c,d,e}) were installed basically from the start of drum support, there has never been an actual use or documented rationale for them, and they clutter up the notation tables without discernible purpose.
