Show `$it` variable LIGO formatted

Clarification and motivation

After #1532 is resolved, we can decompile LIGO-formatted values from the (Michelson, LIGO type) pair. Locations now have LIGO types, so, we can support this format for the $it variable.

Acceptance criteria

• $it is shown LIGO-formatted.
