**Current behavior:** if you are an ENH shaman sometime you lose weap enchant randomly and still have the buff, it happen in arena in combat, out of combat, sometime after a logging screen, it seems random and i dont know what causing it... it can never happen in 1 hour and after it happen 2 times in a row within a 3 min window **Expected behavior:** if you have the buff you have the enchant on your weap **Supporting evidence/data:** here i show the buff with flametong because its a 100% prochance but it happen with WF and frostband https://gyazo.com/0a7d8b307e51b903a1e052ff8296fad1
