**Current behavior:** nether protection, warlock talent, doesn't proc at all **Expected behavior:** its supposed to proc off the application of any fire/shadow spell, IE the application of warlock dots, shadow priest silence, fel hunter silence, mage pyroblast, etc etc note, its not the damage, but the application of the spell **Supporting evidence/data:** played with it vs numerous warlocks/shadow priests and got 0 procs, dueled a priest and fire mage and had them apply multiple different shadow/fire spells repeatedly and got 0 procs
