The Rogue ability Riposte is not functioning correctly

On Light's Vengeance:

• Riposte (Rogue talent in the Combat tree) is not usable against mobs which cannot be disarmed. This includes beasts, elementals, demons, etc.

On Classic:

• Riposte is usable against ALL mobs.
• It will deal damage to all types of mobs.
• It will disarm those mobs that can be disarmed.

In my opinion this is a significant issue, as Riposte is a high-damage, low-energy-cost ability which is invaluable for leveling.
