Quest: The Grimtotem Weapon

Current behavior: When you put the totem out on the ground and slay the mottled drywallow crocolisks near the totem when you see that the totem is casting a lightning on the mob and you do the killing blow, you won't get progress in quest

Expected behavior: When the totem is out and you kill the right mobs near the totem and you should do a killing blow on the mob you should get quest completion progress
