[shaman] ENH sometime lose weap enchant randomly

Current behavior:

if you are an ENH shaman sometime you lose weap enchant randomly and still have the buff, it happen in arena in combat, out of combat, sometime after a logging screen, it seems random and i dont know what causing it... it can never happen in 1 hour and after it happen 2 times in a row within a 3 min window

Expected behavior:

if you have the buff you have the enchant on your weap
