Ruthlessness sometimes giving 2 combo points with snd

Current behavior: When using snd you seem to have a 0.6x0.6 chance of getting 2 combo points instead of one from ruthlessness. Doesnt seem to happen for the other finishers.

Expected behavior: Never giving more than 1 combo point
