druids can gather herbs while avoiding mobs in flight form

So the story of this combat log is a druid flew down to about head level with the ogre, it agro'd to him, came over and whacked him once, he may or may not have adjusted, but then collected the herb as the ogre stood by with him targetted but not hitting him.
