Policy server HTTP error: Absolute request timeout expired

Using the recommended Brute-Forcing mechanic, the policy server doesn't seem to be actually working.

All my logs are filled with:

Policy server HTTP error: Absolute request timeout expired (Request queued 2.000 secs ago, not yet sent, 0.000 in other ioloops)

Is the service healthy?
