Control Center wireframes

Based on the recommendations of the heuristics review, iterate on the wireframes for the control panel, including relevant interactions with insights (insights details), usage graphs and other relevant interactions.

Wireframes will be shared via Figma and comments and feedback should happen here or on Figma ideally as well.

@elioqoshi will be leading design iterations @suelaP feedback and reviews.
