As an sysadmin, I want to ensure ControlCenter won't fill up the filesystem
Currently the logs database (logs.db
) is ever growing, with no policy for deleting old logs.
This is not sustainable in the long run, as on our tests some moderately busy mail servers can add around 300MB to the logs database.
We should provide a way of old logs to be deleted.
Requirements:
- As new logs are inserted in the database, logs older than 3 Months are deleted.
- The time 3 Months should be configurable or at least computed from the system's profile, or the time configured on logrotate to delete old log files.
