As a admin i want to backup the databases of lightmeter

We need to provide a tool to allow the creation of database backups for lightmeter

proposed requirements:

• The tool information should be shipped and contained in the application executable, without requiring any external resources, including filesystem or network access.
• All databases to needs to be backup
• Create archive file which contains all databases
