Import all pages from the existing wiki. Conversion was done using a
bunch of ugly shell-scripts, XSL stylesheets, pandoc and sed scripts
from the existing content.

Tweaks were done to prevent weird filenames (stripped '"():) and tweaked
links.

The 'SVGImages' page was converted to not contain tables.

'Main_Page' was renamed to 'index'.

Few other tweaks as pandoc sometimes generates invalid rST.
