Add guest-agent support under the qemu feature

We add the guest_agent_command support just the same as the qemu_monitor_command. We replicate the same logic and add a new example to test it.

This was based on the changes from !76 (closed) which were abandoned 6 months ago, so I basically made the same changes with the suggested fixes alongside another entry on the readme to show how to run an example with features.
