Missing tarballs and gem for release 0.8.0

The last version available as tarball + gem on https://download.libvirt.org/ruby/ is 0.7.1; at the time of this writing, there is 1 version tagged in the upstream repository after that one, i.e. 0.8.0.

Can you please upload the missing tarballs + gem to download.libvirt.org, and ensure that new releases are properly uploaded there too?
