Request for new release

I noticed that no release has been created for a while.

There are a few features (eg. 4b609374 ) which are not available in the latest release. I'd appreciate it if a new release can be created and its jar is published in https://download.libvirt.org/maven2/org/libvirt/libvirt/ .
