gained <energytune> element.

network: Add 'register' attribute of <domain/> · ae152ab1

The <domain/> element has one mandatory attribute ('name') and
two optional attributes: 'localOnly' and 'register' (introduced
in libvirt's commit of v10.1.0-rc1~93). The latter is not exposed
in NetworkDomain struct.
