what is libtiff stable version?

I am confused now and don't know which website to check for the stable version of libtiff.

so than, I checked it on two websites.

2. simplesystems : http://www.simplesystems.org/libtiff/

wiki-libtiff 4.1.0 simplesystmes-libtiff 4.2.0

I think the stable version is 4.2.0.

I would like to know if we can officially announce or check the stable version of libtiff.
