make sure support section is a landing page for in-browser links.
in the browser there are some links that are mapped through preferences, for example:
defaultPref("app.support.baseURL", "https://gitlab.com/librewolf-community/settings/-/wikis/support#");
defaultPref("browser.search.searchEnginesURL", "https://gitlab.com/librewolf-community/settings/-/wikis/support#search");
defaultPref("browser.geolocation.warning.infoURL", "https://gitlab.com/librewolf-community/settings/-/wikis/support#location");
defaultPref("app.feedback.baseURL", "https://gitlab.com/librewolf-community/settings/-/wikis/support");
currently they are mapped to the support page of the wiki and as you can see from the first pref I'm using headers to make it land in the right section (if you look at the code, each section has two <a>
tags, one of which is mapped to the corresponding hardcoded value from the settings of the browser).
ideally we should migrate all these links to the new website, so that we can redirect users to the website instead of the wiki for all of the above links. also at its current status the support page is nothing more than a landing page that redirect to the faq so we could consider removing it from Questions?
