include all settings in prefs.js by default

mozilla is hiding some settings even from the already quite undicoverable about:config page by not including them in the prefs.js file. i think librewolf should include all of them. even though user changable settings should be the settings page anyway i think this would add to transparency and ensure power users that they have not mistyped anything and make them able to see what the setting currently is set to. hiding settings, even if they can cause problems, doesnt help anyone. you can still change them, its just less transparent and causes user discomfort and an antagonistic relationship with the software.
