Move LibreWolf settings to a per profile basis

A solution would be to have a mechanism to generate the settings file for every profile in librewolf, that way the settings can be changed by going into the profile folder, just as librefox was meant to do. As an added bonus, users can then create different profiles with different security and privacy policies
