Implement XDG dirs

Hello, currently librewolf creates not just one but two different directory on my $HOME, .librewolf and .mozilla.

As someone with ocd, this hits really hard. Could you guys implement XDG dirs so that it uses XDG env variables instead of clutting my $HOME.
