vote-issue: Move from Gitlab.com to Codeberg.org

Hi all!

We need your input. Our sources are on Gitlab.com right now, but we want to move away from them, to here, on Codeberg.org. Gitlab.com is not very friendly anymore and I guess that moving to Codeberg.org is compatible with the idea of LibreWolf being as free and open as possible.

Another reason for the move would be; to unite all tickets in one big ticket repository so that everybody can find stuff better. We're planning on doing this by tagging all imported tickets with a label corresponding to all the old repositories.

What are your thoughts or opinions?
