SearXNG instance gets replaced by searx.be

Some SearXNG instances are replaced automatically with searx.be by Librewolf. Also, those SearXNG instances cannot be added as search engines (no "green plus" when right-clicking on URL bar).

Instances examples where this is the case (from searx.space):

• https://searx.fmac.xyz/
• https://search.rhscz.eu/
• https://searx.si/

It seems to me this is because here: https://gitlab.com/librewolf-community/settings/-/blob/71a20c6fff90e7fbcb216f1d644ca1b40b32b8e2/distribution/policies.json#L63

The search engine name is SearXNG. Search engines that have the same name are then "overridden" by this policy.

Some searx instances are simply named SearXNG (probably the ones above), and so they cannot be added to Librewolf (easily).

I propose to change the searx.be engine name in policies.json, e.g. to searx.be or Searx Belgium (This is what the instance names itself).

The generic SearXNG name is not accurate because it hides the fact that searx.be is just one instance out of many, albeit a popular one.
