Some settings do not work after upgrade

Hi guys!

After upgrading to version 71.0-1, some settings stopped working. What was able to notice:

1. Web Notifications

2. Ability to take screenshots

3. Full Screen Notifications

4. Reader

PS. These are just some of the settings.
