review search engines

some of the search engines we include have had changes:

• the whoogle instance we picked now switched to spanish as default language, there are other instances but I don't know which one we should pick.
• the searx instance is now using searxng (a fork of searx). here's a comparison, it shouldn't be a big deal and it doesn't deviate from the vanilla confing according to searx.space.

I don't know how we feel about the rest that we use, but if you have suggestions about removing or adding something this is a good moment :-)
