Autoupdates and Desktopshortcut

Librewolf is the perfect browser, there's just two tiny features that would be a nice to have. The portable version recently started shipping with a compiled version of the autoupdater

Was woondering if that's planned for the standard version aswell, and if is the reason something technical? About the desktop shortcut, i never understod why librewolf doesn't create one after install, what the tought behind this?
