[Bug] Adding a search engine is impossible if you have less than 2 known in settings

Hello everyone,

I have just tried to add my own host of SearxNG as a search engine when I encountered a bug regarding the visiblity of the "Add search engine" button. If you have only one and therefore your only and default search engine installed, in my case wikipedia, the bottom portion which displays alternative search engines will not load and consequently not allow you to add a new one.

To fix this issue you can simlpy restore to the default search engines, then add yours, and remove the ones you don't need afterwards.
