Don't show current tab name as the Window name in private Mode (for better privacy)

This has two reasons.

First, Window names can be easily read using a simple script.

Second, some people (including me) prefer using the setting: [Windows 10] Personalisation -> Taskbar -> Combine taskbar buttons -> Never, which makes the name of the current tab visible all the time:
