Since updating file picker is light mode while browser theme is dark. Cannot change while RFP

I originally made this ticket in flatpak but it is not flatpak specific

Since updating file picker is light mode while browser theme is dark

Some people were talking about this on the KDE subreddit but you need to be able to change the General settings > Langage & Appearnece to Dark if you want the dark file picker. Prior to updating it was working fine without that setting changed.

The issue. We cannot change the language and appearance setting due to RFP. On top of I already wanting to change that setting despite being in RFP (I know what you will say, we talked before) it is now making the file picker blind me when I try to download a file.

Can you please provide a workaround or make it so we can change that setting even with RFP on?
