Appear to websites as a user other than en-US doesn't work

As written in the FAQ entry, LibreWolf will make you appear to websites as a en-US user. I want to always ask for the German version of websites so I tried to change the corresponding setting to de-de. But after browser restart, it changes back to English.

Seems like a bug to me.
