Problem with all native-messaging addons (KeepassXC, gnome-shell-extensions, Premid, GSConnect)

I'm using Librewolf on Linux (Pop!_OS 21.04), using flatpak version, and the extensions are not able of communicating with native apps, I read about this in another issue forum and tried doing both ln -s ~/.mozilla/native-messaging-hosts ~/.librewolf/native-messaging-hosts and sudo ln -s /usr/lib/mozilla/native-messaging-hosts /usr/lib/librewolf/native-messaging-hosts but they didn't solve anything.
