Support Freedesktop.org XDG Base Directory Specification

LibreWolf should support XDG. Instead of the configuration and data files being in ~/.librewolf and ~/.cache/librewolf, they should be located in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/librewolf and $XDG_CACHE_HOME/librewolf.
