dead tabs

Hi all, I started using LibreWolf recently and noticed that I get "dead tabs" about 50% of the time. i.e. when I try to open a URL in a new tab, it just doesn't load (blank page, no error message). CTRL+L doesn't work in these tabs (CTRL+W does, though), reloading doesn't work, hitting enter in the address bar again doesn't work and sometimes the address bar just goes blank on these tabs. It's an extremely annoying experience overall. This is happening with a clean new profile and with addons disabled in version 95 on Fedora 35. Any ideas how to debug this? I've tried using Firefox Profiler, but as soon as I hit this bug, the Profiler Addon seems to malfunction as well.

With the default stdout log, I noticed ###!!! [Parent][MessageChannel] Error: (msgtype=0x390078,name=PContent::Msg_DestroyBrowsingContextGroup) Channel error: cannot send/recv logged a while after opening such a dead tab. Perhaps related?
