Wrong "Keyboardlayout" in Javascript Applications(?) (Proxmox novnc)

Hello,

i have only one issue with Librewolf, that is the fact that in Proxmox Console (novnc, javascript?) a wrong keyboardlayout is used. I dont know wich one, i think english?

How can i set librewolf to set the keyboardlayout to german?

That Problem occurs not only in Promox, it occurs on Apache Guacamole Remote Software too (the vnc client is based on javascrypt too maybe).
